Death in the Stacks Book Discussion Group 2024

Death in the Stacks Book Discussion Group is devoted to reading and discussing mysteries and thrillers, primarily fiction. Within those two genres are a variety of branches from cozies to hard-boiled mysteries and psychological to spy thrillers. We make every effort to offer a fun mix and variety for members. So, if you love reading or talking about mysteries and thrillers, then join our discussion group.

Here are the title selections for 2024

• February 23: The Red House Mystery by A. A. Milne
• April 26: The Thursday Murder Club by Richard Osman - Registration (open)
• June 28: Just Another Missing Person by Gillian McAllister - Registration (opens 4/26)
• August 23: Anxious People by Fredrik Backman - Registration (opens 6/28)
• October 25: The Cloisters by Katy Hays - Registration (opens 8/23)

The group meets from 11am to noon on the 4th Friday of every other month, beginning in February and ending in October.

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED to ensure that we order enough copies of that month's title for partiicpants to be able to borrow. If you opt to get a copy on your own or did not read it, but are still curious to attend, then please feel welcome to join us even if you did not register. Everyone is welcome!
