Journaling requires only a notebook and a pen or pencil, yet it has the power to transform your life. Psychologists have found that it reduces stress, enhances creativity, and helps us to realize our full potential as human beings. This hands-on workshop will introduce participants to the basics of journaling, offer some unique journaling ideas, and go through some exercises to get you started.  

The workshop is free to the public.
