Know Your Boundaries

Local speakers from Fair Districts PA and the League of Women Voters are offering this short educational workshop. Join us to learn how gerrymandering harms communities; how voting districts are drawn and how to make them fairer; and how to talk with your legislators. Workshop leaders will also briefly share the high points of the pending redistricting legislation in Harrisburg (LACRA/HB22/SB222).

After the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to socialize on the Ligonier Diamond. Across the street is a great ice cream shop!

Fair Districts PA is a non-partisan coalition of citizens and organizations seeking to reform PA redistricting rules by ensuring that the process is impartial, transparent, and accountable. The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan political organization encouraging informed and active participation in government. It influences public policy through education and advocacy.
