Interested in the Mindfulness Meditation: Cultivating a Joyful Heart class but unsure? Stop by for a 30-minute information session on Wednesday, March 27th at 5:30pm.
The 6-week class will explore the basics of mindfulness meditation through the lens of a joyful heart. Topics cvered include:
- Benefits of the practice of mindful meditation
- Finding an anchor
- Mindfulness of the body
- Mindfulness of thoughts
- Bringing mindfulness into your daily life
