Reflect & Write

Join us for a new 4 weeks of meditation and journaling presented by Melissa Marasia-Burns. The program is 30 minutes long and is for ages 16 and up. The new session begins on Wednesday, November 10 at 6:00 PM. (*Note: the program skips Wednesday, November 24)

Attendees need to bring their own journal and pen.

If possible, please plan to commit to all four sessions as they each build upon the other.
